I responed to an ad on my instagram feed. I had some good meetings with William from the team who explained everything very well. I got very close to signing, but we both felt that at this stage, the AI generated creatives on offer might not be at the level needed for my very specific and quite delicate brand needs. I was extremely impressed by the honest and candid approach and remain open to working with the guys again if they feel that thier systems can deliver what I am looking for.

I'm updating my 1 star review. After learning (the hard way) that Marketer wasn't the right fit for my start up, I shut down the account. I was impressed that one of the co-founders reached out to understand whether there were any learning opportunities for the company to do better. After explaining that the company was going in a different direction unsuitable for smaller accounts, Victor graciously offered to refund my subscription spend. This is the template for how to respond to disgruntled customers. Well done.

Over the last 8 years I have worked with a lot of marketing agencies, promises are made and soon you realize they don’t know what they’re doing. I have found the ai piece of Marketer to be quite excellent. It still needs a human touch, and my account manager Martin has done an excellent job with understanding the needs of my company beyond the ai piece. I give Martin 5 stars for that.

Im pretty much pleased with Marketer and Sebastian. Their replies for help can be a bit late due to difference in time zones but they always get back within a workday. The software is okay to use but seems it could be easier for the not so PC savvy business owners as like me. That said the bottom line for me is a decent ROAS. My best performing campaign nets a 4.7 which is great. The caveat of course is the low performing campaigns that pulled my overall ROAS down to a less desired 3.6. So my plan is to follow Marketer suggestions to see if I can continue to scale while maintaining a High ROAS.
