Marketer.comReviews of marketer.com

was locked to them fo 6 months. Worst decision ever. It was so bad they released us from he contract 1 month early. Very kind and cool people but just couldnt deliver on their promises, overspent and underperformed. We lost an incredible amount of money with them. Worst results in over 8 years. We got thrown around like a basketball, every new person promising to make things right. Allomost all the ads pointing to the wrong products, text on the ads describing completely diffrent items. It was very obvious that an ai had set up and ran everything without any human control. Very very overpriced and they really dont deliver at all.

Great support and fast turnaround.

These guys delivered on what was promised. Nicklas and Hamsa have been outstanding so far.

They make many promises with regard to creative and their acumen in add buying. In my experience, it was a total waste of money. The creators were very average and the ad buying was below average. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

We’ve had an excellent experience working with Marketer.com on our Meta ads for Motocross4U. The results have been really strong, and we’ve seen a positive impact on both sales and new customer enquiries. Our Customer Success Manager, Aimy, has been excellent throughout. She is friendly, proactive, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever we need support. What we really appreciate is that she doesn’t just wait for us to ask questions — she regularly brings fresh ideas, useful feedback, and strategic recommendations to help improve our campaigns. We’ve been very happy with the service, communication, and results so far. Marketer.com genuinely feels invested in helping our business grow, and we would highly recommend them to any business looking for a proactive, results-driven marketing partner.

I had a call with their co-founder Victor. Took an hour out of my day, answered questions prior to call as well. Was told to get a follow up. Never did. I emailed, didnt bother answer. Also based on other reviews, definitely upcharged quoted 8000usd for 50 ads. WOW what a company.

Great working with the people from Ember. Very skilled creative people - we are super pleased with the cooperation.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Marketer. This is the fourth agency we’ve worked with, and they’re the first to genuinely deliver on their promises and provide real value. Our account manager, Sebastian, has been fantastic. He’s friendly, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever we have a question or need support, he responds quickly and is always happy to help. What really sets him apart is that he consistently brings fresh ideas and strategic recommendations to the table, rather than waiting for us to tell him what to do, which has been our experience with previous agencies. We’ve now been working with Marketer for six months and have been happy with every aspect of the partnership. We’ve seen a significant improvement in our ROAS, as well as a noticeable increase in new customer acquisitions. We’d highly recommend Marketer to any business looking for a marketing agency that is proactive, results-driven, and genuinely invested in your success.
