Marcus StoreReviews of marcus-store.com

Along with all these other reviewers, I fell for this scam. I ordered a large shirt that came in 2 sizes too small. The tag says large, but it has the measurements of a petite. I suspect they've just intentionally attached the wrong tag. Their return window is incredibly small and I missed it. At only 10 days it's much less than the industry standard. However, I highly suspect I wouldn't have gotten my money back even if I had managed to send it back. When I emailed asking where I could leave a review on the site, I was told that only their Facebook page took reviews. When I asked for their Facebook page, they sent me a page that was intentionally listed as a personal blog instead of a business— I assume so that reviews couldn’t be made for them. When I brought this up the only reply I ever received was “well look into it”. Edit: Marcus store is now flagging these 3 year old reviews on trustpilot for more order information in an attempt to get them taken down. If users don’t respond to the request of additional order information within 3 days then Marcus can request trustpilot remove the review. Stay far far away from the scam that is marcus

I ordered a jacket from Marcus. It arrived after several weeks and was too small and the zipper was sewn on the wrong side. I contacted Marcus and received instructions for returning at my expense. I stupidly paid the 28.00 to have the item returned to Milan Italy. The USPS tracking says the item arrived in Milan on July 10, 2021. Today is July 23rd. Yesterday I texted Marcus to see what the status of my item was. Today they texted back to say “it has not been received at their return center”. So I guess I am out the 85.00 for the jacket and the 28.00 return shipping. I wish I would have checked reviews of Marcus for Men before I wasted my money. My only recourse now I think is to contact my CC company and see if they can help. Please do not do business with this company. I rarely order anything on line and have now learned my lesson. I will always check on line reviews prior to ordering. If I ever a resolution to this problem I will update this review.

THIS company is a SCAM!!! I thought I was ordering a real Large shirt for $35 from a company in the United States. They sent me the thinnest piece of material that would fit a child. It probably was an extra small. I looked them up and found out that I could not call anyone because their phone number is international. So I emailed them. They emailed me back and told me to go through these hoops to get my money back, and to mail the shirt back to them at an address in Italy: World Prof Returns Return #2DA162 via casale, 1 gravina in puglia, 70024 IT, IT They should be ashamed of themselves. STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SCAM to steal you of your money.

I had a very poor experience with Marcus-Store. I bought a shirt from them online. It took about two months to get the shirt. The quality of the short was poor. I ordered a medium and I was not even able to fit in it! They did send me refund instructions but it was very cumbersome and only had a few days to send it back. I missed the deadline because I have a life and now I had a useless shirt and wasted $40. DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Continued from 5/29 review. As previously written, the first Herrington jacket arrived with the sleeves sewn shut. I received the second jacket about two weeks later. This one had one sleeve sewn shut. In addition, this jacket appeared to be smaller than the first jacket (I held them together to compare them) and the zipper puller or slider was sewn on the wrong side.. Again, I emailed them and received an immediate response. (about 8 hours). They offered me a refund if I would return the second jacket at my expense. They DO NOT OFFER RETURN SHIPPING! The reason, it has to be returned to ITALY!!! Cost is nearly $30 from my area. Post office told me it would 4 to 6 weeks because it has to clear customs. I will write it off and donate both to charity or the trash. This is THE WORST online company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely Horrible. Complete Ripoff. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. You are taking a huge risk.

First time for everything on the internet and my first time at getting scammed for some clothes, came through this company. Don't bother buying from them and if you do, write the money off, it's never coming back.

Don't let them take your money. If you need a refund, dispute the charge with your Bank. Don't mail back your purchase to Marcus Store.

Items arrived months late I ordered one size larger than normal. Actual size was good for my kids action figures Customer service just sent usless responses Return was made impossibly difficult it is clear they design it to be impossible.
