Ordering was fast & easy. Product quality is excellent.

I ordered a jacket on 9/20. It says it would ship and be delivered to me in NJ anywhere between 2 and 8 days. It is now 9/28 and I have no tracking. You can't reach ANYONE in support. They don't respond to emails. The phone number is just a voicemail saying they will call you back, but they won't. I paid 80 dollars and have no jacket to give my dad for his birthday tomorrow. Would give a 0 STAR RATING if I could. STAY AWAY!!

Your service and communication is terrible. You stated that is was 1-2 dates for processing. Then it would take 6-8 days for arrival to the United States. Today is the 27th of September. No one at your company will tell me were my order is or when it might arrive. This order was placed on the 7th of September. I want my shipping cost and the price of the jacket replaced. I've never had this type of service in my life. Even worse you have the nerve to ask me for more business. WOW

I would leave a rating of zero if possible, finally got retun info, and they want me to send the product to Italy, obviously they don't stand behind their product, the reason for return is their sizing is all wrong too small, they expect me to pay for the return of 4 items which will cost more than there worth, at my expence, read the reviews before you buy from these people, these are the kind of people that ruin shopping on the internet, DON"T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NO GOOD

Jacket is poor quality and one shoulder is longer than the other side making it sit weird on the body. Chose an xl from Size chart. Was willing to accept a cm or two difference but not 2 to 3 inches in places. Waist, shoulder to shoulder, underarm to underarm are huge and in different side categories such as waist measured for 4xl and underarm for 2xl I sent photos to Marcus store and all they say is.. I'm sorry you're not happy and for the confusion Hopefully next time you have a better experience with us They will not accept responsibility for the poorly made product and you have to pay for return postage $45 to Italy. Then they will refund you the original price only so you lose out on the $45 POSTAGE return for a faulty product. The jacket is poor quality and it comes in a clear plastic bag with Asian writing on it. They state it is made in UK Stay away from any business that expects you to pay for a return for a faulty product

I ordered a jacket size X large and what I got is barely a medium. It doesn't fit at all. It also takes longer to arrive than advertised. There's no way to know where the order is during shipping. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Both the product quality and integrity of this company were the principle values that come immediately to mind. First I received the product within the promised time frame, further, it was of excellent quality and sizing. I also had reason to contact the company and received an immediate and helpful response to my inquiry. Their follow-up was prompt, helpful, and sensitive so I am most impressed with their ethics and values.

I was after a Harrington jacket theirs kept coming up in my searches I thought why not. They advertised 6 days to Australia postage and turned up in 5. I’m a size XL or XXL so took a chance off their sizing to go XL and it was a good fit XXL would have been too loose.
