Ordered a shirt jacket that was advertised at 75 percent cotton and 25 percent polyester. When delivered two weeks late it’s label stated 100 percent polyester. No size on garment. I ordered an XL and it arrived as a small. I was told by the company that I could receive a refund if I sent it back to an address in Italy with a tracking number at my expense. Cost to return was as much as the purchase price. Scam company

I had to work through a return issue, not of Marcus’s fault, and they were super cordial and helpful. That’s big in today’s world.

I ordered the Harrington Jacket and was really pleased with the experience. The delivery was super fast, the jacket looks great and fits as expected, and the customer service was really responsive. I'll definitely hit up Marcus again!

I felt appreciated..From the moment I placed my order, I received the nicest communication from the gentleman who took my order…welcoming me as a new customer❣️That bit of communication was followed by two more notes..1. Telling me about the articles I had chosen. 2. Followed by another nice note as to when to expect these items❣️Wow❣️

The jacket was oversized and it cost $48 to return the product. I wanted give one star if I could

Misleading advertisements, should have been made clear this comes from Europe,not US. And plan accordingly.

i attempted to cancel my order within 6 hours. i have since 8 days ago tried to get a full refund to my credit card. they continue to not give me a refund. i do NOT trust this company. i would never order from them.
