I recently purchased a blue Harrington Jacket online through Facebook. I saw it numerous times and always liked the look. I wasn’t sure about purchases through Facebook but eventually went for it. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and I was extremely pleased. I looked like the picture. It was warm and cosy and I’ve received numerous compliments. lol, not something I normally get. The only issue I have is that the notifications are scant at best,also no identification of what item has been chosen for delivery

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. The jacket was complete trash. Total waste of money. Good luck getting your return it won’t happen. Actually it's not free to send back. I have to pay $$ to send it back. Moving along...

Although communication was good, your store needs to make a change regarding shipping. From order to delivery took two weeks. Unheard of in today’s world of shipping norms. I would not order another item based on the shipping experience alone.

The Marcus experience was first-rate. Ordering the product was very easy, the order confirmation with delivery details was prompt and informative, the delivery tracking and delivery were fine, and the product is wonderful. One can ask no more.

The sizes are perfect. The quality seems really good. I was a bit ddisappointed with lack of communication while waiting for delivery.
