Wonderful people to deal with! Immediately responded to all my questions!!

This company runs a scam, this jacket arrived too small, and when I requested a return, they told me to ship it to Italy which would cost me 100s of dollars. David offered to give me a store credit if I would write a positive review on Trustpilot, this is a fraud, and I cannot be a part of that. David, you can keep my money, but I will not give a review that isn’t true. Don’t trust this company!

I purchased a jacket which ended up being lost in transit. Fortunately David N., on behalf of the Marcus Store was able to track it down and it was eventually delivered. This was somewhat frustrating but worked out in the long run. The garment is comfortable, fits well, and will be a valuable addition to my wardrobe.

You answered my questions I had with the order and satisfied my concerns

Marcus' web site is intuitive and responsive, but lots of companies have good web sites. For me, great service begins when the customer has a problem that needs to be resolved, and I had two: first, I realized after I placed an order that I had ordered one item in the wrong size. I contacted Marcus' customer service, and they got back to me right away with a resolution. Then, I didn't like the color of one of the items I ordered; again, customer service got back to me right away to take care of the return.

Not only a high quality, fabulous Harrington jacket (I bought two), at an unbelievable price, the communication with the Marcus Store team was exceptional. Overall an excellent shopping experience.

The different clothing I’ve received from Marcus has all been unique and fun to wear. On top of that, I’d like to praise David in their customer service department; he’s professional, exceedingly helpful, and has managed to solve any problems I’ve come across with speed and an positive attitude.
