Marcus StoreReviews of marcus-store.com

The assistance from their customer service representative was extremely supportive. Although my purchase did not fit, the item was received in excellent condition, and the jacket was as described on the website. All my communications with their service area were received with polite and helpful responses. Such great customer service is a reason for customers returning to this store.

Good communication and updates on shipping and delivery

After accessing the website, I was encouraged to make a purchase. The choices were overwhelming. I chose the Harry Stone model. However, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Marcus customer has been. Supportive in helping me resolve my unfortunate error. Their prompt response in giving me options to reorder the correct size has been admirable. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Harry Stone jacket is one of the best looking jacket and fits like a dream

We ordered white, the jacket came in a tan color, the jacket is much too small for an XL and the shipping took too long, and it delivered after Christmas. Overall not happy with this purchase and will be returning.

Order was on time.Easy to order.Great service.

Prompt and product as advertised.

Great product! I got two of the Golf Jackets. Shipping might take up to two weeks to arrive in the US but the product was worth the wait & also true to size.
