Just a quick note to say thank you for great service! Every company around my home here in Milwaukee was unable to help me identify the parts needed for my wife's electric wheelchair. But strangely enough, a company far away in Florida had the patience, wisdom, knowledge, and even the exact correct parts to fix our problems. The wheelchair works perfectly now with the new joystick and the new batteries, plus I was educated and schooled on what to look for and how to help prevent and even fix this problem should it arise again. Even though this was a relatively small order ($500) for parts, everyone I spoke with treated me as if it was a $5,000 job. So, thanks again for a great little company in Florida that was very patient and kind to "go the extra mile"!!!

I found you guys on youtube and enjoy the content. I have ALS and am fairly new to this world, but love tech and like to know about my equipment and how it works. I needed batteries for my back-up chair and found them cheaper but I like family business'. Fair price, immediate shipping, and even answered some questions I had about some functions on my chair that are not working. Thanks for being great.

I rarely leave reviews any longer but sometimes I run across a business that provides such excellent service that I feel compelled to leave comments on their behalf like I am doing now. I was blessed with getting enough information on the pride jazzy carbon wheelchair from scott which is really difficult for me because the older I get the more information I need in my over zealous way to be able to make a buying decision. Too many factors, too much to compare, and i can spend days over analyzing EVERYTHING. But luck was mine, Scott told me exactly what i needed to hear to help me make a buying decision. Shazam Friday, I did it and purchased my wheelchair with an extra battery and NO BUYERS REMORSE, and I always have buyers remorse, but not this time, thanks ya all , now all I have to do is wait till it gets here!!!!!!!!!!!
