Very nice people and quick response

I received a call from Sal prior to my scooter being shipped. He wanted to make sure I purchased what was right for me. Very friendly and professional. I knew immediately I purchased a product from a reputable retailer. The online videos were extremely helpful in choosing the correct scooter. These people care and it shows in all they do. I purchased a Pride Zero Turn 8. I love the 4 wheel stability, the tight turning radius, the full suspension, and at almost 6 mph, it is faster than most scooters. I have narrow hallways and am in process of having my bathroom threshold widened to 36". This will help to get the scooter in my bathroom, which is a must.

This company is family owned and it shows. They were very thorough in my new chair purchase. When I needed a “(self inflicted”) repair on my chair they helped over the phone and e-mailed two repair videos. Professionals all the way!

I'm a retired Criminal Prosecutor. I bought a used F3 Permobile chair from Marc's Mobility. After watching tons of their online videos I felt comfortable in dealing with this company because of their knowledge and experience in dealing with the chairs AND the needs of those who use them. They use their insight to help but not control your purchase. It's apparent the Owners have a passion for what they do and are very responsive to their customers. I recommend watching their YouTube videos for information about the chairs and to get an idea of what they know. I dealt mainly with Sal, who was awesome. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their products because they listen, advise, respond and communicate in a manner to try and assure the best possible outcome in this type of purchase.

Great customer service and communication…. that’s important to me!! Order placed quick, was backordered from manufacture, but shipped out within 2 weeks. White Glove service was included with the scooter I choose and they put it together and took away the garbage. Perfect!! Their in-depth YouTube videos very much helped in my decision. Thx
