Great customer service! I called before placing an order to verify dome product specifications and they answered my questions thoroughly. When I placed the order for the power wheelchair, Alex called to verify the order and when we realized we were going to need a different version of the chair, he communicated all the info promptly to my mom and I and with care. We are definitely recommending Marc's Mobility to family and friends who may need some mobility assistance devices.

Marc's Mobility is awesome. Sal spent so much time trying to educate me and then after doing what I thought was enough research I chose the wrong scooter and had to exchange it. Sal worked it out to save me some money and had the scooter I wanted in stock. I went to their store in Lakeland Fl and everyone was so helpful they had so many scooters to choose from if you need a scooter this is the place to go.

I highly recommend using this company to purchase any mobility product because real people stand behind these products. I was taken care of when one of my items were damaged in shipment. A replacement was sent within a few days and arrived in tact. I will definitely purchase future mobility products from this company. They also have videos to assist with the care of the product. From the time I called and found out about my product to going to the dealership and have them install the carrier. It was exceptional. Did not realize these people were in Lakeland until I did some research to find a company near me. I’m glad I found them.

Comparable pricing online to other web sites ( and in our area $700 less than showroom price ) is nice. The difference is they’re self produced videos for use and then assembly. Moreover, was their direct communication post order but before delivery to assess that the product would fit the need ( in our case to confirm sizing and delivery - assembly needs ). The people seen online matched the people who called and who answer the phone. They leave the impression they care for the customer, not necessarily the product or their potential revenue (not up sellers). We cannot assess their post sales service, but given the above interactions, we are not concerned that they will not continue to provide a good experience.
