We purchased a Quantum eye level electric wheelchair for my mother and from the very first call we could feel the dedication and caring in voice of everyone we interacted with especially Adam. In order to assist us with the right selection and accurate fit Adam spent a lot of time listening to stories and challenges of life in our manual chair that we hoped to eliminate with this purchase. His genuine empathy and patience is something we have not seen in a very long time. After receiving the chair he walked me through making needed adjustments and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. The selection, purchase and delivery processes were all explained in detail and everything went smoothly just as planned.

Fast, efficient and courteous service!

I chose Marc's Mobility because it is a family run business. I ordered a Pride Go chair and felt that if I have any issues I would have a better chance of being helped by them than by a large company that does not really care about its customers. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from them to go over my order and make sure this chair was right for me. I placed my order on Wednesday and the chair was delivered Monday. I would definitely do business with them again.
