I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered an item on Dec.6th and still have not received it today, Dec.21st. I tried emailing customer service twice but never got a response. Called them this morning and after a 40 minute wait a rep finally got on the line. She looked at my order and said there was no tracking information yet from the suppliers but there should be soon. I will not order from this company again.

Horrible company, in my experience. I have the same story as everyone else here - I ordered a Christmas toy for a toddler on Nov. 25. Promised delivery Dec. 3-7. On Dec. 19 they finally communicated with me/answered my emails, by saying they couldn't fulfill the order and were canceling it. They send a second Jack in the Box I had ordered for the toddler's sister at the same time on Dec. 18, too late for me to get it to California. They refused a refund. This is their response - they took my money, but they're not responsible. "Although we're here to handle your every need when it comes to customer service (and it is our pleasure to do so), the boutique, brand, or small business mentioned above is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. "

ZERO star rating!!! Ordered on Nov 30th with an estimated ship date of Dec. 10th. I tried to call customer service and the recorded message..."you don't have enough credits to make this call"! What does that even mean!? Emailed customer service...crickets...nothing...nada...no response. I get it...COVID bs and all but, at the very least, SOME ONE at this company should be reaching out to customers with updates...even if they aren't good. How can they sleep at night considering all the children they are disappointing at Christmas time...including my 1 year old! WORST...COMPANY...EVER....

Well it seems like I'm in the same position as many others below me. I've ordered a Christmas gift for my nephew on Black Friday. It is now December 16th and it has YET to ship. AND it's shipping from California. Maisonette can't give me an update on the order, when it's expected to ship or if I'll even have it by Christmas. This is absolutely ridiculous that a company has ruined Christmas for THIS many children. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would never place another order from this company again. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter, and when it arrived I realized it was used! The box was opened before (the tape was resealed) and there were missing pieces in the box. I tried to initiate a return through their return portal, but I kept getting an error message that said I needed to contact customer service. So I wrote an email to them, and they replied a generic email telling me to use their return portal. I wrote back and told them that I was having problems with the return portal and that's why I wrote them in the first place. I got no replies after that, and now I not only have to find a new present for my daughter, I also have an old, used toy sitting in my house. Terrible company. Next time I would just buy toys from the individual vendors and not through this company.

I ordered a Christmas gift from my daughter on this website on December 1, which happened to be the top item on her list. By December 15, it still had not arrived and I had received no correspondence from Maisonette besides my initial order confirmation and numerous marketing emails. I called them on December 16 and waited on hold for approximately 25 minutes and was told that my order was cancelled and that I was sent an email. I absolutely was not sent an email to notify me that the order was cancelled, I have checked all of my folders including spam and deleted items. I can understand issues with items being in stock during these times, but there is no excuse for not sending any correspondence. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I placed an order on Nov. 28. On Dec. 6 I called to check on delivery and was told that the item would ship that week. On Dec. 8, with no further communication, a credit showed up in my account. At least I got a refund without any problems.

I received a broken item and have contacted their customer service email and Facebook messenger. Weeks later and I have received no reply.
