MaisonetteReviews of maisonette.com

listened to my concerns and took care of my issue

Would much prefer to order from them over Amazon but customer service has been very poor. Unhelpful when trying to figure out why part of my order was returned to the warehouse and zero update on the piece of furniture I ordered that was supposed to ship weeks ago. All my emails to customer service are now being completely ignored and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. I’m out hundreds of dollars and also no bed for my son weeks after it was supposed arrive.

Very responsive to my request. Adorable clothing.

Customer service rep was great and gave me the anser that I needed on a timely basis.

Removing a star because I was sent the wrong item, which happened to be a non returnable item. The Maisonette team was very helpful and allowed me to keep the item along with giving me store credit for the cost. This was very generous and greatly appreciated, but I’m still disappointed that I didn’t receive the item I had originally ordered:( I considered ordering it again but didn’t want end up with two wrong items in case the issue hadn’t been resolved). All in all very pleased with Maisonette in my other experiences and in their handling of this issue.

From start to finish great transaction. I ordered two monogrammed items and they emailed me right away as there was a glitch in their system on the font style. Items arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule and were perfectly executed. Wonderful selection of high end brands.

Maisonette is a fantastic resource for high quality children’s clothing, toys and supples and some unique clothes for women, too. Even though Maisonette prioritizes quality, they offer a wide range of prices and have some good sales. Also, many (and possibly all) of their companies use environmentally and socially responsible practices.

They handled my opt-out quickly and professionally.
