Great customer service. Great products.

After my ordered arrived damaged, Maisonette went above and beyond to ensure I promptly received a replacement item.

These "great customer service" reviews are 100% fake. Maisonette has no customer service, it has no phone number, it holds no products, it's a drop shipping website that doesn't respond even to it's own suppliers. I would be very careful about buying anything from them because if you have an issue you will not be able to contact them.

The follow up to my delivery question, the professional and courteous manner in which I was assisted by the entire team. I’ve not received this level of service from an online company in some time. Impressive!
