Great book my wife and son absolutely love it

I enjoy these books for my grandchildren

My grandsons were thrilled! They really enjoyed seeing themselves in the book and were completely engaged by the story. It was a wonderful, personalized gift that created lasting memories.

The book turned out winderful! My grandchildren absolutely loved seeing themselves in the story. I initially purchased these books to help the children learn about emotions, and how to regulate them. There are so many stories to choose from to open dialogue much more like courage, empathy and more! I highly recommend this to anyone

I liked the idea of the books so I signed up for a subscription- but then I discovered there were books that you cannot get with the subscription. In addition to the books you couldn’t order with the subscription, you could not add extra characters such as pets, parents, etc., on the app using the subscription - the books had to be purchased on the website separately from the app. The service needs refinement. For example, some of the books that the child character was different on different pages ( different hair, different clothing, different sizes). Also some of the child characters had an extreme Pixar features, and some had a more realistic look to them. There is no consistency. You are asked their age when you create their character, however the child sizes in the books don’t reflect the age you pick. My friend had purchased Mother’s Day books for each of her grown daughters. They both had more than 1 child but she had to order 1 book for each child because you are not able to include all the children in the Mother’s Day book. They also noticed that the pages were not the same in each of the books. The pages were different from one book to the other. Also with the Mother’s Day book I ordered, the mom character was generic and did not reflect the sample image shown.

They misspelled my grandson name and his head is cut off in some the pictures. I made sure the account had the correct spelling of his name. Im so disappointed they will not make it right by issuing me a refund especially since I ordered another book for my grandson birthday and paying an additional fee to have it expedited!! I have proof of their mistake therefore im posting this EVERYWHERE so that people know they are DIShonest people!!! This company has replied to me via email with lies saying the see i update the account and placed a new order and cutting the head off the pictures is not a mistake it is a creative choice by the author. No kid would want to see they head cut off in a picture of them!!!

Ive ordered these books since Christmas. The first one was late. I've had to beg them for the last 2 months to send the books we had already ordered. I've had more problems than I've gotten in books. They're wonderful books, my grandson loves them. But when you got a beg of company to do their job it gets a little old. The last book was supposed to be an Easter book, that was guaranteed to be here by Easter. It's may 9th. I've been told multiple times it's in transit. I'm over doing your all's job. Customer service is a joke.

My grandson had his mother read that book to him three times and he slept with it. She called me and told me he woke up this morning and wanted her to read it again. I just ordered two more for my other grandsons, and nine more to go. 😁 Thank you so much.
