The I Love My Dad book did not come out the way l hoped. I am to get a replacement book with the characters more like the picture l sent

I am beyond disappointed. This book was supposed to be a very special birthday gift and keepsake for my grandson, something our family could treasure for years. Instead, it was heartbreaking and embarrassing to watch it literally start falling apart while family was looking through it at his birthday party. This was already a replacement for the first defective book, and this one has the exact same issue. The pages were barely attached and were ripping every time someone turned them. That should never happen with a brand-new book, especially one meant to be a keepsake. What makes this even worse is being told that these books are not even checked before being sent out. That is completely unacceptable. No customer should receive one defective product, let alone a replacement with the same problem. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift for my grandson, and instead it turned into a huge disappointment. The quality is poor, fragile, and absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend

Why am I getting reoccurring deliveries of books I only ordered two. Now you are sending me another book, I ONLY want the two I have. Stop sending these books

Need to be able to speak to someone via telephone or online chat. Order took too long to arrive & 2 of the 5 wasn’t acceptable because it didn’t look like my grandson. The books are too expensive for the younger kids & for the character not to look like them maybe a problem.

I ordered books on December 10th with the expectation of receiving them before Christmas as it says “Christmas Delivery” and as of today, Dec. 21st. status of order is still showing unfulfilled…..no response from seller when I reached out…nothing about my order tracking has changed…..absolutely no communication whatsoever about order being sent. I am very disappointed because these books are supposed to be Christmas presents.

The pages were wrinkled like they were wet. The language in the boom were not age appropriate for my child to understand and the book didn't keep his attention
