I ordered 2 personalized books for my twin grand daughters!! The receipt clearly has their names on each book and says personalized. One came personalized the other did not!! I went back and forth with customer service for over a week and finally they stated that the book that I ordered does not come personalized!!! However the receipt and the website showed that I put in an order for a personalized book. Why would they accept a personalized option for the book if it cannot be personalized??? If it could not be personalized I would have ordered a totally different book!!! They did not care that the receipt and everything had my grand daughters name and said personalization they would not refund or replace with a different book!! I will never buy from this company again and I would not recommend anyone else buy from them either!!

The book was sent to the wrong address, and I was notified that it was undeliverable. I sent the company the correct address, and they said that to send the book out, I would have to pay 50% of its original cost. That is not satisfactory. I have two subscriptions with them, and I am canceling them both,

Super cute book but would be good to be able to edit the text as I made the book for twin grandsons. It does not read well with both names.

I actually really liked the first 2 books I had ordered through my monthly subscription. They were for my grandson. the likeness of the character looked so much like my grandson & that was what made these books so special to me . Unfortunately my 3rd book was the exact opposite! in this book they changed his hair color to red & his face now looked nothing like the character I had approved for the book. I contacted the company via email, explained the issue & sent pictures hoping they would redo the book considering the changes they made were not made by me but someone in their company. I heard back and was told that they were unable to reprint the book??? but offered me a 50% off a future book. They blamed me for making the changes to the character. Yes I changed his age since babies can’t play baseball & that was the theme of the book I selected for this month. But when u change the character before u order the book it shows u what the character will look like & i was very happy with the new character. So when i opened the book I couldn’t believe what the character looked like he was completely changed , he now had RED hair,& his face looked nothing like the character I helped create & approved. Unfortunately i was extremely disappointed in their inability to reprint the book using the character I approved . I have now cancelled my monthly subscription as a very disappointed customer.

All I can say is love love love I will be ordering more I do have lots of grandbabies. Thank you 😊

Very disappointed with this subscription service. Customer support is extremely difficult to deal with—there’s no phone number, and communication is only through email, where responses are vague and avoid answering direct questions. To make matters worse, I received the exact same book for both January and February. Sending duplicate books in consecutive months is completely unacceptable for a paid subscription. I also requested a list of the books that have been shipped to me and never received a clear response. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I am not satisfied and have canceled my subscription.

I am beyond disappointed. This book was supposed to be a very special birthday gift and keepsake for my grandson, something our family could treasure for years. Instead, it was heartbreaking and embarrassing to watch it literally start falling apart while family was looking through it at his birthday party. This was already a replacement for the first defective book, and this one has the exact same issue. The pages were barely attached and were ripping every time someone turned them. That should never happen with a brand-new book, especially one meant to be a keepsake. What makes this even worse is being told that these books are not even checked before being sent out. That is completely unacceptable. No customer should receive one defective product, let alone a replacement with the same problem. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift for my grandson, and instead it turned into a huge disappointment. The quality is poor, fragile, and absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend
