I cancelled my order just to receive 2 more books that my kid already had. So now he has duplicates. When ever you promote a special book like for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day, you need to make it easier to order and have a system to see that person all ready has a subscription. I was being charged for two subscriptions, same person, payment and email. I’ve paid extra for another subscription to get a special book and paid for 2 books my kid already has. Not cool.

I cancelled my subscription but I have just gotten another charge. It would be better if there were actually a person to speak with over the phone to stop a shipment from coming rather than an ai chat and then you wait to hear back in an email. I cancelled last month and just got a charge on my bank account today.

I never know which book I need to buy, and I can never figure out how to add another person to the book. It seems impossible to pay the extra $4.99 through the app! The app is horrible and extremely frustrating to use. I love the books you guys make, they are amazing. but unfortunately, your app is awful and really needs improvement.
