Horrible experience be mindful of these reviews as they aren’t verified buyers . I preferred a book on 6/4 to get it got Father’s Day . Based on website , email confirmation and their customer service department it should be shipped between 4-5 business days we are on the 7th business day and by book has still not been shipped all they can tell is that they are working on it but don’t have an exact date on when it will be done . When i went to their page to view other comments noticed that several other customers had the same experience. As of right now I don’t have Father’s Day gift and I doubt j will be getting it . Submitted a complain for false advertising

My daughter n law was so happy to receive the I love you Mom book - it was beautifully done!!!

I just ordered this morning. I love the idea of the products and bought subscriptions but I am having a hard time with the website. I can’t pull up my order, my “heroes” aren’t all together - 1 is missing ( the one I bought in one of the stories, actually), I don’t know which character pictures are actually used and I don’t want future books messed up. I want to add 3 more children, but I won’t if the website isn’t more user friendly. It is so glitchy that I worry about fraud. Once I receive the products and I can order the others smoothly, I would love to change the ratings.

I was incredibly excited to make this book for my husband and daughter as a Father's Day gift. The book arrived yesterday, and while the avatar for my daughter is spot on and the cutest, the one created for my husband failed miserably. The avatar created depicts him as a man with full facial hair that is white and grey, where as my husband has NEVER worn a full beard a day in his life. He has a mustache and goatee. That is it. Full stop. Also, the story addresses him by name, instead of Dad as one would think.. Considering the fact that this is a Father's Day gift. I now understand why when filling out the information for the creation of this book the question asked for his name. It should ask something to the fact of what the person's child calls their dad. That is secondary, really, considering the issues with the character flaws. I cannot gift him this book. It would be an insult to him to see himself depicted basically as a Grandpa. Roxanne in customer service was not willing to allow a return for a refund and simply said that the book was created with the information provided. So, I guess I'm stuck with it.

Very easy to generate a book and order. Very quick to do. Received book. Quality is so great! Best investment for a child present.
