The Mad Matter, IncReviews of madmatter.com

This is the second unit we have purchased. When placed by the first unit that was a year old it became obvious what these mats did. We will be purchasing more at a later date for other areas.

We've used The Mad Matter several times for our client projects. While I believe our clients end up happy with the product, in the end, the process to get to that point is not good. Over the course of October 22 -November 13, there were about 50 emails exchanged during our process. From emails regarding the file types, pricing, and proofing (which the logo was stretched multiple times without the Map Matter representative being able to resolve or understand the issue). It was extremely frustrating to explain over and over that the logo was not correct. To then receive responses like "They look the same to me im not seeing a difference?". It should certainly not take almost a month in order to get a mat with just a logo processed and ordered.

Great job these custom size rugs are huge and perfect!

Rug arrived exactly as I had ordered it. Good quality and great color. So happy to get the exact dimensions that I needed and a color that was different than the harsh black that you get at home improvement stores.

Love these products. Good for the feet and look nice as well!

This rug works perfectly for me and my needs. I placed in front of the dog door to keep muddy dog prints off the floor. It works great.

Fast service, products as advertised on their web site, employees in my store like them

nice exterior mat . shipped quickly . but a little pricey
