Ordered Rose Bear January 26th for Valentine’s Day. As of 2/6 nearly two full weeks later, the order still doesn’t show as actually shipped, just a label created. 3 weeks should have been ample time to get this delivered by Valentines Day but I’m an quickly losing confidence. I emailed customer support and like everyone else, they do not answer. Seems like they respond here but I can’t tell if they are just lying to people telling them their orders were delivered and there’s nothing they can do. Luckily I used a credit card that I can dispute the charges if I don’t receive in time. MadeofRose…would love an actual update on my order. Thanks. Update. As of 2/8 they responded to tell me it has shipped but still only a shipping label was created on 1/30 and no updates since. When I request a refund they ignore the request. I’ll dispute the charges on my credit card. Sham company leaving me empty handed for Valentine’s Day
