I ordered some forever roses a month before Valentine's Day, but I still haven't received my order. I feel that this website is a scam.

D habitude je regarde toujours les avis et là j ai zappé grosse erreur, commandé un ourson il y a 15 jours pour la Saint Valentin toujours rien reçu, le seul espoir que j ai c est que son anniversaire est en juillet, je garde un peu d espoir, mais n achetez rien sur ce site

$170 Wasted. I placed an order on Feb 8th for a bouquet of 100 roses for my wife. I even paid for express shipping. Roses didn't even arrive for V-day. Im pissed! Then they "MadeofRose" send out a message placing blame on a delay in customs processing. The nerve to offer 50% off as if I would spend another penny with this company. AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!! They make returns extremely hard because they don't want to give you your money back.

This place is a joke no customer service no tracking no communication period I’ll never come back to this place and if I don’t receive my order by today I no longer want it and will request a full refund I don’t care about any of the bullshit response don’t need a computer to tell me how sorry yall are I want you to do what you say actions speak louder than your copy and paste

Bought the 100 glitter rose bouquet in january giving extra time in case the shipping takes a bit and would receive it on time for valentines day. Still have not even received tracking info and the customer service sucks. They said they'll give me 50% off my next order since it won't be here by valentines day but why would anyone reorder from this place? 3 weeks ago I ordered it and they think thats a good compensation. Asked for a refund and then they ghosted me

Ordered on January 30. Was told it would be here by valentines day. 2 weeks "order processing, 1 week of order shipped. Still sitting in China. It is now the Wednesday before valentines day. And nothing has changed. Asked for a refund and get ignored. This is a sham of a company. Wish I would have checked here before ordering.
