Absolutely horrible. First off, the product took a month and a half to arrive. Upon opening this product I came to discover that the “luxurious” box that it’s supposed to sit in was incredibly damaged and misshapen from the packaging. The website says nothing about roses being fake, although that was assumed. They’re just foam pieces put together with a hot glue gun. It is advertised to be “high quality” with “lightning fast delivery” which is completely false. There is nothing luxurious about this. I strongly do not recommend.

I ordered 3 diamond bears. One arrived in 10 days, the other 2 got stuck because of the coronavirus and I received them after 2 months. Communication was excellent with immediate responses during business hours. The order that arrived on time was as promised. The other 2 bears had no diamonds and one had roses falling off. I asked for a replacement or refund. They said it was a logistics error and would issue a partial refund , but they didn't specify the amount. I will not do business with them again.

Its been 3 months and I still have not received my order. Think its a scam

Thank you very much to the seller for such beauty, the bear is ideally, the roses are all whole and in place, the box is slightly wrinkled but it is not creaky, we are completely delighted .... delivery within 10 days in US... seller recommend, i ordered in this store not one product and always everyone is satisfied, well done 10 stars...

Terrible service it's been over a month now still nothing asked to cancel err l it and they wouldn't

My order came late, incomplete and is falling apart as soon as I removed it from packaging. They will not refund my money. The bear was supposed to come in a display box and did not.

Ordered over 3 week ago for Valentine’s Day which is today and tracking number says it’s in the US I’m in the U.K. and customer service just keep telling me I should get it soon
