Really wish I would have came here first. Very deceptive practices will show 1 to 3 day delivery time, but thats a lie. In their FAQ it states it could take up to 15 days to process around valentines day. Save your money and shop elsewhere!!

Firstly, your item will ship from China, so don’t expect fast delivery. They promise expedited shipping for a fee, but don’t deliver. Their customer service is terrible and takes days. I think you get the idea…

This company seems not to care at all about customer service or shipping their orders in a timely fashion. For the price we pay, it should not take weeks to ship an item. Customer support is not helpful so far.

Placed an order (#58538) for 100 premium glitter roses on 1/28. It's currently 2/10. Last update was a tracking number on 1/31 that still has no updates outside of the label being created. Absolutely terrible, leaving me hanging before Valentine's day. 1-800 flowers is the way to go gents! Update: order just arrived yesterday 2/25. Quite a bit late after all that. The roses are completely terrible quality and are not even assembled. You must physically place a stem on the head of each rose. Still extremely unsatisfied for the price. Dodge this place like the plague when it comes to gifts!

Order #59124 Placed this order Feb 1st and tracking still shows that it is still at the facility and that the order has not been shipped yet. I have sent multiple emails and have not gotten a response

I placed my order on January 22nd and received a tracking number on January 23rd. However, the tracking status has only shown ‘data received’ with no further updates. I reached out on February 4th, and it has now been over 48 hours with no response. Like many others, it seems the only way to get a reply is by posting here. If my package will not arrive in time for Valentine’s Day, please cancel my order and issue a refund. I placed my order well in advance to ensure timely delivery, yet it’s still not here.
