Very slow shipping. It took so long that I no longer needed it and now they won’t respond to my emails to return it. I haven’t even opened it so I can’t speak to the quality. Will never order from them again or recommend.

This is the Worst Company I have ever bought anything from. I order a “luxurious bear and gift box.” Bear looks and feels like it cost about a dollar. Never came with the gift box. It was also super late in being delivered. They don’t respond to emails. I put in a dispute with PayPal and they are trying to say that I was sent the box. Bear came tightly wrapped in a regular plastic bag. I’ve tried emailing multiple times but they just push you off. Hands down one of worst company out there. I could’ve got a better bear in the middle of my local mall. A joke of a company.

This website and company is a fraud. They are out of country and take forever to send you the item. They elude to the fact that they can get something to you quickly. I ordered something for Valentine’s Day that never arrived. It has still yet to arrive, and they tell me that they’re tracking states that it arrived at my house and I should deal with my local mail. They have taken responsibility. I have sent them at least eight emails of which they have standard responses to as if they haven’t even read my email. The tracking that they give you never works and never tells you where your item is, so you don’t know where it is anyway. There is no recourse with this company and they do not care to help the customer at all. Please do not risk your money with this company! If there were zero stars, I would put zero stars. They stole my money essentially.

Extremely disappointed in this purchase. There is glue coving several of the “roses” and it looks like a much cheaper version of the photo displayed. I’m not sure why this advertisement implies that it smells great when it smells like glue and plastic. I thought I was purchasing something of quality but what I received fell considerably short. I waited over a month for this item. Save your money.

This is a follow-up review to the one I posted on February 11, 2024 RE: “Worst Customer Service”. After I posted this review on Trustpilot, I received an email from Madeofrose on 02/13/24. It stated the following: “Hello, we’ve noticed that you’re not satisfied with return product back and wrote negative review on Trustpilot. We so sorry for this inconvenience. We’ll issue full refund for you immediately and no need return our items back to us, just please delete negative review. Thank you for understanding. Have a nice day” I responded by stating that when I see the refund in my bank account, I would remove the review. I have NOT seen a refund. In all fairness to me, if the company had responded to my email back in December 2023 to request the instructions to return the item for a refund per their website, I would not have written the original negative review. Madeofrose’s email to me asking me to delete the negative review THEN they would refund me is unethical, unprofessional and smells of a “Quid Pro Quo” situation. SHAME ON YOU Madeofrose! Do not waste your time or money on this website! I have learned my lesson and in the future, I will shop MadeinAmerica! Ralph

I ordered on 2/8/24. The item (rose panda) arrived on 3/7/24, way too late after having to send them about 6 emails and then received it, come to find out the roses are not real and completely fake! Not worth the money!

Don't waste you time or money. ORDER FROM A US BASED COMPANY! I ordered a bear on Feb 7th for my fiancés Valentine celebration and it still hasn't arrived as promised and when asked for a refund, they keep pushing you off. This was the worst experience I've had in many years and I am pretty liberal to shipping issues.

One star for the experience 5 stars in how I handled the situation to get my money back from them, if anyone doesn't know how to get your money back from them , this is how you do it , you send an email to them support at madeofrose dot com , in the Subject Portion you put CANCEL , if you have not done so download the SHOP APP to link the delivery to the shop app to track your package from China if yours is like mine , the carrier. It will say YUN EXPRESS as the shipment carrier (it's fake )screenshot the shipping status , then you go into the FBI/FTC internet crimes website and you report their company(SCREEN SHOT THE REPORT NUMBERS) if you don't want to screen shot a picture of the FBI website internet cybercrimes page (they that stupid they will believe it's real) scam em back , then you send them screenshots , listen up close , once you get all of those screenshots , you email their support and tear into their asses about not shipping your products on time , and tell them cancel your order and refund you back all of your money or you will report them to the major us companies ( at this point these E-Scammers are going to think your bluffing) they will respond with " We have checked the status on your order it has been shipped it will be in the U.S. in 3-5 business days HAVE A NICE DAY 😁! " ). They always end all of their messages with HAVE A NICE DAY WITH A BIG SMILE 😁 (Being hella smart and condescending) Listen up close ......You email them back and send them the screenshots from the FBI report number , send them screenshots of the FTC Report number , the. You dig into their asses again and tell them word for word " you have not shipped ish here is the proof my ish is still in China with a fake tracking number , you better cancel my order , and refund all of.my money back to my credit card, I know you have been doing this scam for a while , I know.yoir company used to be called ANGELIC ROSE, who was shut down for scamming victims in the U.S., cease and desist because you have been reported to the Federal Bureau Of Investigations , and they investigating your website, and evidence has been provided to the FBI you have stolen my money by falsely advertising products you do not have , I will not longer be contacting you ,any questions you have , or comments about shipping you take it up with the federal trade commission , and federal bureau of investigation ". 3 days later the full amount of my money was back in my account . And I shut my card off and ordered a new one . They will email you back begging, and pleading " we have issues your full refund , and still sent you a gift you can keep it, once you get it, but can you please pull back (Drop) your claims with the FTC and FBI please ". ( I wish I can upload photos here to show y'all but it won't let me upload all of screenshots showing them begging to drop my reports so they won't be investigated) After all of you get your full refund , shut your card down, and order a new one , do like I did email them back and tell em ". Thank you for the broken gift you delivered, thank you for giving me all my money back , AND I ain pulling back ish from FTC and FBI now you can HAVE A NICE DAY!🙂
