Unable to leave less than 1 star, and they don't deserve that much. Website is a total SCAM!!! Everything they are selling is way overpriced. Almost everything can be found on eBay for half the price. And of all places, I found a lot of their items on TEMU. NOW THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW CHEAPLY MADE THESE THINGS ARE. Still haven't heard back from customer service, and, YUP, You guessed it, still no delivery 😕🚚 What a ripoff.

Poor quality for the price don’t waste your money. You can literally find cheaper ones w the same quality so really don’t waste your money by ordering in this website. They don’t value extra shipping expenses. And when the product comes it’s in such poor quality. Waste of money for a company that boasts so much on the website. Never buying here again and not referring anyone I know to this company

Hello. So I had ordered off this website for a teddy bear and glass rose. They had sent me email after email disregarding my questions and kept saying it’s in transit…. Fast forward 2 months later still not delivered like what the hell… I was sending it to my girl in Venezuela and it never got there… so I’m pissed and I want my money back whenever I dark them they keep saying the same over and over.. I want my money back 130$ sure the website looked legit. But it’s not what it seems don’t order from these people

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service, my order came way late for my special occasion. I payed extra for 2 day shipping and they completely ignored my situation. They didn't offer to give a refund or store credit. Shame on this company. Customers, purchase at your own risk.

My order came with what looks like mold all over the flowers, that along with waiting nearly a full month is why I gave the 1 star.

I was surprised on how beautiful it looks and love how the package came in so classy. You can tell it's a real rose when you look closely and the gold dipped is the cherry on top. I just love how it's a rose made to last and how it puts a bigger smile in your loved face and shows how much more you care for that person. I recommend getting one for your love one. Madeofrose done really great job.

Terrible customer service, took forever, no updates as the shipping was happening. Responses to emails took forever. The return policy is wack. Save yourself the time and money go to amazon you could find all the crap from this store there and you'll get in the same day or close to and with all the shipping info updates accordingly. This place does not deserve to exist just a waste of time

Never received order. Ask for refund or to reship item. Said they shipped it tracking said return to sender. I should have looked at when it was being shipped from. I have to eat 100 dollars.
