There were some issues with the order (which can happen from time to time with any online shopping) but the customer support team member was so swift and helpful that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and I will absolutely shop again.

Excellent warranty support experience for a warped frypan. Customer Service Agent MJ organised a replacement 12" frypan within 24 hours of my original feedback. We were very careful to let the pan cool down after each use before cleaning however somehow it warped. The other 2 pans were fine. It was refreshing when MJ didn't ask me 50 questions and accepted my warranty claim and asked for my address after a couple of emails. Much better service than previous experience with other well known brands such as Scanpan!

I purchased Made In nonstick and stainless steel pans in November 2025. The nonstick coating has already chipped and the stainless steel cook unevenly. I cannot recommend this cookware. Highly disappointing especially after reading so many positive reviews.
