I recently upgraded my cookware and couldn’t be happier. The quality and craftsmanship of the products are obvious from the moment you open the box. I also had a small issue with one of my items. A superficial issue but an issue none the less. When I contacted the made in customer service team, they immediately corrected the issue and reached out to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn’t ask for a better product or better customer service. You have earned a customer for life.

Stainless Clad Frying Pan
I bought a Stainless Clad Frying Pan 3-piece set and I absolutely love them! I had to use the warranty and the Customer Experience team, especially MJ, answered very fast and so efficiently. They solve my question in the same day! People recommend Made In to me because of its quality, reputation and professionalism, and it’s all true!

Made In Excellence in Customer Service as Well as Craftsmanship
I didn't expect to receive such high level of customer service given that most companies nowadays outsource that aspect of their business to third parties typically overseas. However, Made In proved to be the exception.
I've previously purchased their Knife Organizer and Santoku Japanese Damascus Steel Knife directly from their official Web site and have been satisfied with both without any regrets, so I had my eye on their Wooden Spoon, which I purchased through Amazon. I didn't get a chance to use it much, but after the 3rd or 4th time of my utilization of it (to stir warming chili in a sauce pan), I left the spoon soaking overnight in soapy water in the sauce pan since both had colorations from the chili.
When I came down to wash both, I notice a cracked gap in the spoon, which prompted my call to Made In's customer service line after hours. The Amazon warranty lasted only 60 days and, wouldn't you know it, it was 20 days past that point when I called. Plus, I was concerned that I voided the warranty on the product by leaving it in water for such a long time, so I figured I wouldn't get anything from this. However, it didn't sit well with me that the spoon cracked after such limited use, so I at least wanted to reach out to complain and provide feedback about the item.
I was surprised to find an emailed response from Made In to the voicemail I left shortly after making my call and it wasn't an auto-generated formed response. It was from an actual person who reached out to inquire about the details of my experience. After verification of the problem I was offered a replacement, which was a good gesture, to be fair, but I didn't have faith in the product, so I asked for a store credit instead.
Keep in mind, this was past the 60-day Amazon warranty period from where I purchased this particular item. The Made In representative continually followed up and updated me on the situation with emails and I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me that I was granted the store credit.
To be honest, I've previously taken the customer service experience for granted when that was a common thing that companies offered, so I definitely see and feel the difference now. It's funny how a relatively inexpensive miscellaneous item could possibly taint my perspective on Made In's vaunted reputation for professional-level craftsmanship despite the fact that I'm quite satisfied with my previous more expensive purchases from them.
In any case, Made In turned my frustrating experience into a genuinely pleasant one. It exhibits that the company is willing to stand behind its products and cares about the relationship with its customers. This certainly stands out in this day and age.
This interaction in customer relations has increased my trust in and good will towards the Made In brand. I've been looking forward to adding their 5-Quart Stainless Clad Saucier to my cookware collection and this store credit I will eventually use to purchase it will have that item serve as a memento of this particular experience.

A better quality product!
I have always been the kind to buy my pots and pans from places like Marshall’s or Ross. And they don’t last long and they aren’t good quality. I started thinking, this is what I cook the food on that I depend on for health and wellness. Why am I cheaping out on a cheap brand of cookware that I don’t even known where it comes from. So I started doing research and found the Made In brand. I accidentally thought I was getting a 3 piece set but ended up only buying the small 8” non stick pan (with gold handles I might add). And I LOVED it! It’s such a great little pan. And good looking! So I went back and ordered the 12” pan, again, on accident as I thought a 12” was the 10” size. But I LOVE it! I use it for everything. She’s gorgeous. So then I went back and ordered the 10” pan which arrived today. And boy, I’m just so stoked to have the complete 3 piece kit. SO THE DILEMA…. I know I am going to want the stainless 10” and possibly 12” pan too, for different types of cooking. They were so kind to offer me a bit of a discount as I ordered a set individually and paid more for it. What a cool company. Seriously Made In, please never lose your quality. I am so happy with these pans! Pots next. 🙌🏼❤️. Also, I think I just read they have lifetimes warranties! Buy good, buy once… buy this brand… it’s super worth a shot it!
