I bought this cookware about a year ago for a home I was building, so I've been using it for a out 6 months. I am very careful with my cookware - no abrasives, dishwashers, metal utensils etc. In short, I have babied this set, yet the ceramic coating is already starting to flake off every single piece, even the ones I've used only a handful of times. It was a very expensive set, so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I think the pieces themselves are well built, but if you buy from this brand, skip the ceramic coating - it is not up to the standards of the company.

What a great product. I am as serious home chef and have tried about every brand of cookware. I gave all my cookware away and replaced with Made In Cookware and will use nothing else.

I had an issue with my stainless pan, reached out to customer service long after work hours. I was quite surprised to see a response email within the same hour of the request. They were very friendly and understanding. The first representative connected me with the right person whom was also very quick to respond! Within 2-3 hours of my initial email, I had a complete resolution- probably the best customer service experience I’ve had! Thanks again

I’ve been really happy with my Made In pans, and their customer service has been wonderful! I had an issue with one of my pans, and Joy made getting a replacement quick and easy. It’s really nice to see a company stand behind its products and make things right without any hassle. I love the pans and feel better about what I’m cooking with. True to their word!

Had an issue with my cookware which was under warranty and customer service was outstanding - attentive, professional and they are sending me new pot! When I get great customer service, I am loyal and happy to tell others that this is a quality company with top products and customer service.

I bought a pan from Made In but returned it because I didn’t like the feel of it once it arrived. The courier has confirmed that Made In received the return, but more than two weeks later I still haven’t been refunded. Getting this resolved has been difficult as there’s no UK customer service number to call. The only option is an online form, which in my case generated an automated reply saying the UK team would review my refund. Almost a week later, I’m still waiting for any follow‑up from them.

Recently had an issue with a most favorite kitchen knife. Reached out to Made In Customer Service and almost immediately I was contacted and my product issue had been resolved with no issues at all. Made In Cookware since it first started being advertised is Everything and More for those who love to cook and showcase their kitchens. Best in class cookware; all things kitchen ware.
