What a great product. I am as serious home chef and have tried about every brand of cookware. I gave all my cookware away and replaced with Made In Cookware and will use nothing else.

I had an issue with my stainless pan, reached out to customer service long after work hours. I was quite surprised to see a response email within the same hour of the request. They were very friendly and understanding. The first representative connected me with the right person whom was also very quick to respond! Within 2-3 hours of my initial email, I had a complete resolution- probably the best customer service experience I’ve had! Thanks again

I’ve been really happy with my Made In pans, and their customer service has been wonderful! I had an issue with one of my pans, and Joy made getting a replacement quick and easy. It’s really nice to see a company stand behind its products and make things right without any hassle. I love the pans and feel better about what I’m cooking with. Had an issue with my cookware which was under warranty and customer service was outstanding - attentive, professional and they are sending me new pot! When I get great customer service, I am loyal and happy to tell others that this is a quality company with top products and customer service.

Recently had an issue with a most favorite kitchen knife. Reached out to Made In Customer Service and almost immediately I was contacted and my product issue had been resolved with no issues at all. My wife ordered a set of Made In Non-Stick Frying Pans in Harbour Blue back in 2022 - four years ago. Recently, we noticed that the coating on the 12-inch pan was separating in several places. We were prepared to order a replacement but could not find this pan on their website. We sent an inquiry explaining our situation and asking if we could purchase a replacement pan in the blue color. Customer Service advised that the harbour blue pans had been discontinued and that the pans only had a 2-year warranty. We've had them for 4 years - well beyond their warranty period (and we never even asked about a warranty). Here's the amazing part: since the pans are no longer available in the color we wanted, Made In is shipping us a comparable replacement free of charge! Try finding another company that handles a simple customer inquiry like this!

Made In is simply the best kitchenware company, whether you’re a professional chef or a novice. They have all the tools to make cooking a pleasure. I have made many purchases and have been immensely pleased with each. The quality of everything they sell is without compare.I had a small customer service issue that they immediately addressed.
