I’ve bought from Made In twice and their products and customer service are good however they are let down by ShipBob who handle their distributions. On both occasions ShipBob have failed to pass the items on to DPD for days until I have to complain to Made In (who expedited quickly on both occasions). Note to Made In: Please sack ShipBob as they are letting you down.

There were some issues with the order (which can happen from time to time with any online shopping) but the customer support team member was so swift and helpful that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and I will absolutely shop again.

Ordered a frying pan set and have a saucier. No real issues with sticking having followed the instruction videos including the type of oil I use. Certainly look great and so far I’ve cooked eggs, steaks, burgers, bacon, fish, chicken and no sticking issues. Never used stainless before either. They take longer to heat up than I expected so need to plan a bit ahead (ie you can’t be in a rush and bang the stove to 9 and then turn it down, it will ruin the pan). I’ve been able to clean them up really easily, again i followed the tips in videos. Customer services needs improvement. I bought during a sale a few days passed and no shipping notification so I emailed as it was behind the tome period they say it takes to prepare an order. No response for a couple of days. So sent a DM on social media and got an almost immediate reply. The pans were shipped the next day, I then got a response to my email. I had to return something and got store credit which came very quickly and had no issues using it. Only 4 stars because if someone doesn’t have social media it seems difficult to get a response. But perhaps social media is the only advertising platform so by definition their customer base will use DM to contact them? Chat function does not work on the UK website, which is disappointing. Don’t have it if you don’t have it staffed up yet and then customers can’t be disappointed by it not working. Once customer services responds then things do move quickly. said all this it’s no comparison to Mauviel but those are handmade and a different price point.

The speed at which they resolved the issues was truly impressive. Now, I'm enjoying the products I ordered, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to stick with Made In Cookware. The quality of their cookware and the level of customer care they provide have won me over, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in search of top-notch kitchen supplies. Thanks to Made In Cookware and their exceptional team, I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely be returning for more in the future.
