The product does not stand up for what it speaks. Very poor quality. I called and advised them about the situation, and they stated to cook with more greasy meats and then see what happens. Well I did what they told me to no avail.

I bought an entire set of Made In cookware because we installed a new induction cooktop and none of the old pans worked. First saucepan I used from the set was the small saucepan - to make rice. Period. Just rice and water - nothing else. No salt even. The pan had more than 2 dozen pitting marks in the bottom plus stains at the waterline. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! These are expensive pans and should last a lifetime - not be damaged after a single use. Made In tells me pitting is from harsh materials that eat thru the pan's protective chromium oxide layer. Really? I made rice. They are going back!! And per other commenters - their shipping sub- contractor is terrible. Should be replaced.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Made In's quality and customer service has been phenomenal. I started my mini set by ordering a 12-inch fry pan with an engraving, and it took about 2-ish weeks to get to me (probably would have been faster without the engraving). When it came, I noticed it was the wrong engraving, and I was kinda sad because I was excited to start using my new pan. I emailed customer service because it was past their call service hours and got a response in MINUTES!!!! (Literally) I was shocked because I saw reviews saying their customer support was bad. They said that they shipped the one with the proper engraving (FREE OF CHARGE) and it'll be there in 1-5 business days, which it was, and my Shop app gave me a notification confirming that. But the real surprise was that they said that I could keep the one that I had or donate it somewhere!! So now I have 2 12-inch fry pans, a 3 qt saucier, and a stock pot. All of which have done amazing jobs of cooking whatever I throw at them. I'm new to stainless steel cooking, and I've been having so much fun with Made in's cookware, and I'm now eyeing that 5 qt saucier (I know I know, I probably should have gotten a set). Safe to say, I will probably be loyal to this brand for a long time.
