With everything going on during this Covid pandemic. Madame Bridal was very patient and kept in contact with updates regarding shipment. Thank you so much for making our 2029 senior’s non-prom/prom so special.

I woke up early worrying about not having a dress yet for my son's wedding which is in 3 months. I hopped on the computer, found Madam Bridal and started chatting with someone live to help me. Immediately I received a response and excellent help! In fact, it was the owner of Madam Bridal! He listened to my requests for different styles and found dresses that matched what I was looking for! Now to show my daughter and make a final selection!! Thank you Madam Bridal for your attention to my needs and immediate response! So excited to get my new dress, I know it will be beautiful!!

The dress that I ordered ended up not working out. But Madame Bridal made it seamless to refund me... Before I knew it my money was retired. I would defiantly recommend Madame Bridal as on online shopping store❗

Customer service was fast, easy to reach and they shipped my dress very fast which I could not get here through any other company. The dress arrived a month early! Unfortunately the sizing was off and the dress was too large. They offered exchanging it for a smaller size which was nice but wouldn’t arrive on time. Unfortunately, they do not take returns which was disappointing, but the did give me a small refund which for it. Not quite the resolution I was hoping for.

My daughter is getting married next year, and with COVID, I am starting to look for the Mother of the Bride dress. They have many small bridal shops where I live and some only specialize in wedding dresses. Most have a small inventory of Mother of the Bride dresses. The owner was very easy to talk with and offered a link for me to view at my leisure so I don't feel rushed trying to pick out a dress. I appreciate the assistance offered and already saw many beautiful dresses. I only wish the shop was closer to where I reside.

Hi Penny it was a pleasure chatting with you online. I am delighted you saw Some dresses from this link I sent to you: https://madamebridal.com/mother-of-bride-groom-dresses I appreciate knowing you. In these difficult times we may be far away from each other but because your daughter is getting married our hearts are close to one another. We need more marriages to blot out the insanity of our current existence. Blessings to you and your family.

An hour after I ordered my dress online (I couldn’t shop in person because of COVID-19 and it was a very overwhelming experience), the owner of Madame Bridal called me personally to talk about my preferences and confirm my measurements ... which I had wrong! I would’ve gotten a dress FOUR sizes too big if Simon hadn’t called to confirm. Furthermore, the dress is gorgeous, no tailoring needed. It is substantial—big and elegant and weddingly. And it was made and shipped with plenty of time to spare. Very good customer service and product! My fiancée is going to love it as much as I do. So thank you kindly for that!

Hi Bekah, My family and I just finished dinner. I said to my wife let me take one more look at the computer before we call it a night. Well... I am glad I did. You wonderful review of me personally and Madame Bridal just put a smile on my face. May and your finance have a long, happy, healthy and prosperous marriage.
