I ordered my dress on line. The first size was to big so I had to return the dress and get a smaller size. It I was very easy. The dress came well packaged. I love it and can’t wait for my daughters wedding and to be able to wear the beautiful dress. Thank you for making this an easy transaction.

What an Amazing Experience!!! They blew me away with the customer service that all businesses should aim for. Even during this crazy quarantine time, they found a way to get me everything I needed and so quickly! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family a million times over! They even go the extra mile to send you an gorgeous live orchid in the mail after your purchase! I mean how CUTE!!!

I ordered what I believed was a full wedding gown. While ordering I was contacted by the store clarifying my order. Thank goodness for this follow up. Cuz I was not buying a full dress it was just the corset!!! I'm so glad the store took the time to reach out and take care of me. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order but the experience was very nice.

Madame bridal is an awesome place where you can find beautiful dresses for almost every occasion. they have a great customer service that can help with checking availability of dresses and sizing as well. on top of that, they really care about their customers. I got a wedding dress from them for my wedding in August. they have strict return policy about wedding dresses. Due to coronavirus and all of this crazy situation. My wedding was canceled. I talked to the owner, and he was very understanding of the situation and helped me find solutions to my problem. I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends. Thank you Madame bridal!

A one star rating is more than what truly is deserved. If I could do zero stars, I would. Due to the pandemic, my dress had to be ordered from the manufacture. When this happens, you cannot return your order. The gentleman I spoke with guaranteed me that I would be able to return the order for a full refund if needed, given the circumstances. The dress is beautiful, but it did not work for me. When I went to return it, I was told I could get a store credit but not my money back. That was not the case. I was told I could get a store credit. Seriously? I would NEVER order from this place again!! So here I am stuck with a dress that I can’t wear.

I was so happy they could help me find my dress right from the designer! I had it in maybe 3-4 weeks and perfect. I did however order a size that is skin tight...lol my own fault! Just have to lose maybe 5 lbs in 9 days!!! They were awesome to get this dress for me!
