Incredible service - they were able to locate and order a first communion dress and coordinating crown and veil during the quarantine. My daughter got her dream dress in time for the rescheduled ceremony. We are thankful for their prompt service and flexibility.

I was in a tight spot ordering a dress during the COVID shut-down for my daughters wedding. I could not go dress shopping so I had to take a risk and order online. The company worked with me to ensure I received it in time and allowed me the opportunity to return if the dress didn't work, given the circumstances. The dress was everything I had hoped for! I would also recommend this company. The gentleman was very customer friendly and was a pleasure to work with.

The dress is gorgeous and delivery was very fast. I gave only 4 stars because I was supposed to have received a pair of earrings as part of a promotion that was going on when I purchased the dress. However, i did not receive any earrings even after I let them know that earrings were not included in the package. Actually I did not get any response back. *Update: Received 2 pairs of gorgeous earrings to choose to wear with my dress. This is actually going to be my wedding dress, even though it's a prom dress, so I'm very pleased with Madame Bridal's response. My ensemble will be stunning!

I booked the most expensive delivery option (15 business days) but It took about a month until the package finally arrived. At least I had a tracking number so I had the chance to check where it is. The dress looks good unfortunately it comes with a veil that I didn’t order ... all in all nothing special but at least I gave my wedding dress now 😉👍🏼

I didn't receive my order on time as promised when I made the order. It is already 2 months and the dress wasn't delivered. I paid about USD 500 for nothing.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Madame Bridal. Despite our countries unfortunate events with (COVID-19) I had a very pleasant experience with Madame Bridal. My dilemma was that I needed to quickly purchase a Communion dress for my daughter since the date was rescheduled and within a week. I purchased my daughters dress and paid for expedited shipping. I was a little nervous that the dress may need a petticoat so I made a call to the store. The gentleman I spoke with was very courteous gave me detailed information about the dress explained the shipping details and when I would receive the dress. I received the dress on day it was promised, and it was exactly what the gentleman described. The dress was perfect, and very beautiful. I will try to post pictures since that was very helpful for me, in making my purchase. Many thanks to Madame Bridal, in making this stressful time calming and worry free. Mrs. Salazar
