Incredible customer service! I needed a dress last minute for a trip and had looked online at many different places. None were able to accommodate and ship to me in time. I called Simon directly who contacted the vendor and arranged it to be sent to me in time for my trip. He went above and beyond to help me get this in time. I've never had such great customer service! Will definitely shop here again.

Friendly atmosphere They have the largest variety of dresses

This was the best shopping experience. I needed to find a dress for my son’s wedding and the store has multiple beautiful dresses to pick from, so much so that it was difficult to make the final decision. He sells high in dresses at a discount for the same quality. Best choice coming here for finding special event gowns.

My experience was outstanding. I always come to this boutique for all of my pageant competitions and I always score l high on formal wear. The owner knows how to pick out dresses that truly complement your complexion making you stand out from others. He also sells high end boutique dresses at discounts, no other boutique will do this. This is the boutique to shop at for timeless events.

They are very, nice and very quick to answer the phone when you first contact them after that it is very difficult to get them on the phone or even on the chat. They have a very poor business policy, it's one thing to request a refund and totally different if all you want to do is exchange for a different size they do not do that! Unfortunately, I misread the return policy. I thought there was no return however, you can make an exchange however that's not the case not with this company. Even Mac Douggal, the manufacturer, offers an exchange for the dress . If you're going to buy a Mac Doggal dress, you might as well go direct to the manufacturers website, they have an exchange policy, this business does not and the price is the same. I like to support small businesses, but not with lousy exchange policies

My experience with madame Bridal was wonderful. I called made and appointment asked about the dress I wanted, the lady answered the phone explained they didn’t have the dress in store but I could order online, I was really skeptical about ordering online but I loved the dress so much I was willing to risk it all, I order the dress and I received it in less than a week, super fast delivery they also didn’t have the size I wanted and explain it would take a while to make, so I went down a size which was fine because I didn’t know my size anyways. I tried the dress on and instantly fell in love I felt so beautiful the dress is good quality too. I also received a free head piece that I will most definitely be using.Im truly happy with my decision to go with Madame Bridal.

Madame Bridal has been a family favorite for over 10 years. Albert and staff has been very careful and thorough while assisting my family through every major event we’ve had. The atmosphere is always inviting and welcoming, you’ll never feel uncomfortable or unsure with your decision here! Not only do you get a variety of dresses to choose from, but also at an affordable cost! Love this place and please take my word for it, you won’t regret it!
