I was looking for a specific mother of the bride dress that my local bridal salon told me wasn’t available. I reached out to Madame Bridal and within minutes I was helped find the perfect dress! I ordered it at the end of June and was told I would have it at the end of July, but it already came today! I could not be happier!

They don’t let you return clothes. Even when you spend thousands of dollars on it. Their unprofessional response below is a reflection of how they do business. If I was lying, they could have outlined their refund policy to prove otherwise. But instead, they try to gaslight everyone into thinking people who write reviews don’t have a genuine experience. If they truly wanted to learn more information about me, trust pilot has a feature where you can privately ask for that through the platform.

I have ordered dress two week later requested refund which they agreed on…two months later they said it’s pay pall fault!!! I never had issues with pay pall must be the company! Scam!Wouldn’t recommend ordering here!!

Can anyone help me? I've ordered and paid for a mom of the bride dress. Now the company will not return any messages and the phone number they have listed does not work!? Have I been scammed? If so what can I do to get my money back??? I have had a phone call from the shop after writing this review. I'm not in 100 percent in agreement with his response. Also, I was "distracted " because I was in a dental chair waiting for the dentist, which I explained to him. However, planning a wedding for my daughter is stressful. Apparently, he did email me at the beginning of this to let me know when to expect the dress. He asked that I change my star rating which I will gladly do when I receive my dress! It will become 5 stars!

Once you receive your dress and remove the one star review, which in all fairness should not have been placed, I would be delighted to also remove my explanation, which is only fair since your review is still there and viewed by our potential customers. I have been in constant contact with this customer. Every pertinent information has been sent. The customer is trying to contact us with an incorrect phone number, and when I spoke to her today she said she is distracted and has to call us back. I recently bought a Soulmates gown from Madame Bridal. It's a lovely gown, but just a bit on the snug side. I e mailed them twice and asked if I could exchange it for a larger size. When I didn't hear back from them I called their office. The gentlemen that I spoke to said they could not exchange it, as it was on sale, which it wasn't according to Madame Bridals website. The gentlemen said the only he could do was sell me another gown in a larger size for 10% off. He said it had shipped directly from Soulmates so there was nothing he could do, even though I had paid Madame Bridal directly for the gown. I called Soulmates and they said the did not have it in a larger size, even though their website said they did. So now I have a dress that doesn't fit and I'm out $370 dollars with nothing to wear to my daughters wedding. My advice - don't buy either of these companies. I'm sorry I did

They deserve Zero Star. Ordered my 35 years wedding renewal dress over 8 weeks prior, called every week or send email to make sure everything was progressing on time. Sadly, all i received from them were full of empty promises, lost $1000.00, I never got the money back plus 3 days prior to my renewal, i had to go and purchase a new dress spending 1000 more. They are horrible, liars, good luck if you decide to order from them.
