Simon has been so very helpful in finding the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding day. He has taken the time with me and been very supportive. He's very knowledgeable about the designers/dresses and gets back with you in a timely manner. I'm so thankful for him and I will buy my next dress at Madame Bridal for my other daughter's wedding.

My daughter fell in love with a dress on Madame Bridal's website. I was hesitant to purchase a wedding gown sight unseen, but finding nothing to her liking in Minnesota, we took a chance and texted Madame Bridal. After 2 texts with Simon, we found ourselves on the phone with Simon moving forward with a purchase. Simon was extremely helpful in figuring out what size to order based on my daughter's measurements and reassured us that the dress would be a quality product. Within a week, the dress showed up at our door, and it is perfect! The wedding is June 2025, and we will certainly send Madame Bridal photos of my daughter in her dress! Thank you, Simon and Madame Bridal, for making my daughter's wedding gown dreams come true!
