❌🌈 1ST I'D LIKE TO SAY THEY ARE ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS.....AND THEREFORE THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY🌈❌ so here’s my story…..I have three children getting married within five months of each other🤪 Trying to find dresses was making me INSANE🤣 As far as bridal stores go (online) 🍒you have to know what size you would be according to that designers measurements 🍒9 out of 10 of the Bridal sites do not allow returns at all and if they do, it’s only for a store credit. 🍒What makes it so stressful and anxiety producing is the simple fact of what if you don’t like it you’re stuck with it. Now this is when Madame Bridal enters the story🌈. I found the dress that I wanted for my son’s wedding on Madame Bridal‘s website. (The dress was difficult to find so I was so grateful that they carried it.)🌈. I decided to call Madame Bridal and order it over the phone. The person at Madame Bridal was so incredibly helpful answered all my questions and 100% put my mind at ease when it came to making my decision to buy the dress. They made themselves available for me to contact them at any time with any questions🌈. I received the dress within days, and it was exactly what was described, and how it looked in the photo.🌈. Beautiful 🌈. Then when I had a concern about an issue,(not a problem) I reached out to them and they went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty to help me out and resolve the issue.🌈 even though I only had this one experience with this bridal shop I feel like I’ve known them forever with the way we communicated🌈 🌈THAT’S WHAT A FAMILY BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT🌈 I would highly recommend doing business with them. I give them a rating of A++++++++++++++🍄🍄

Amazing customer service. Always at hand with questions. Highly recommend buying from the store. I bought the most beautiful dress and I love it.

My son’s fiancé chose my dress for their wedding and it was perfect and beautiful. I ordered through Madame Bridal but what I received was nothing like what was advertised through their site and the Jovani site. The dress was returned mid March and sixty days later I have yet to receive a refund. Management are unreachable by text, email or phone. Do not use Madame Bridal for any important event. There are plenty of reputable bridal wear vendors. THEY WILL RUIN A LIFE EVENT THAT SHOULD BE WONDERFUL AND BEAUTIFUL. HORRIBLE RETAILERS. JOVANI TAKE NOTICE. I WAS NOTIFIED JOVANI HAS GIVEN THS AUTHORIZATION. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE TIME IT TAKES AS I ALSO OWN A BOUTIQUE. THE ISSUE, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM OTHERS, IS YOUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

Dealing with Madame Bridal has been horrible! I ordered a $600 dress and cancelled it the same day. They would not return emails, voice messages or text messages. Beware! They would not refund my money until my bank got involved.

My daughter knew exactly her dream dress she wanted for prom. I called a ton of stores and no one had it and no one was able to get it in. Well, that was until called and spoke with Simon. He checked and to my amazement and was able to get us the dress with no problem!! I had a lot of questions and was afraid the dress wouldn't fit my daughter, ect, being so many states away. He helped me with sizing and made me feel at ease. It was a wonderful experience and I can't highly recommend them enough! Thank you again:)

Very communicative, helpful, and beyond nice. quick to answer calls and gave very informative options leading you to the perfect dress. Simon was amazing! He was very helpful, on time, always respectful, gave very experienced options, and attentive. Super sweet and honestly the best experience i’ve had with a bridal shop. WILL BE on buying again and again. RECOMMEND 100%

I recently got my daughter’s prom dress from Madame Bridal. The dress is so special! The whole process can be overwhelming for both my teenage daughter, and for me, but Simone helped us both to relax. The dress is stunning and my daughter glows when she wears it. Fantastic dress, incredible customer service, and a daughter that feels confident and shines, what more could I ask for???
