Didn't receive the mothers day gift I ordered. Requested a refund and all they did was play email tag & proceed to tell me they can send a replacement or give me a 50% refund. Told them over & over its too late to send a replacement since mothers day was over & they refuse to give me a full refund. I'm not paying $20 for absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. It was like talking to a wall.

I got a little worried about my order as I had been having trouble with another company and a botched purchase. But when I reached out requesting information about my purchase of the Disney Princess Wall Clock, this company responded right away, assured me all was well and Item was delivered as promised. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND BELOVED by my grown Daughter and her little girl. We spend a lot of time at Disneyland every year for 50+ yrs SOOO was special and great price. Thanks you

I wrote a not so nice review, because I didn't recieve what my husband ordered for me. Someone answered and showed my order and it was plainly wrong. I was so glad because everyone that has written to me have been rude and tell me I got what was ordered. Then why did thr person who wrote to me from the review showed me the order and it showed the cup I ordered and told d top by step personalization. Is it possible that the same person will get this.
