The item I received looks nothing like the item that you showed on your website! I spoke with your customer service representative and they were not very nice at all! I sent pictures of what I received versus what I ordered and they said the most they could offer me was a 20% refund which I said was unacceptable. I told them I would send this piece of garbage back because there is no way I would give it as a gift I would be too embarrassed as the quality was very poor. Then they said final offer they would give me 30% refund. I will NEVER order anything from your company again and I don’t recommend anyone else to purchase from your company either! POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, NOT WHAT YOU SHOW ON YOUR WEBSITE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Batdad mug worked liked advertised. However, the mug is a lot smaller than advertised. While I can still read what is on the mug I expected it to be a lot bigger as advertised. So the mug size was pretty disappointing and misleading. You need to work on NOT misleading customers. I gave this a 3 rating because the mug works and the mug is a small 6-8 fl ounces….

I got the Graduation Keepsake Pillow - Stitch. I was so excited to give it to my daughter since she really love Stitch. But I was so disapointed when I received the item. It was really way too far from what is advertised. It just like a pillow covered by the picture of Stitch wearing a graduation toga and the initial letter of my daughter. I was expecting that it will be a stuffed toy but it's not. It is not cheap too.

Low quality and the wrong names were engraved making this gift completely useless. I am currently seeking a refund.

Photo shows textured mug. The names were messed up on the mug when it came. Also, ordered for mothers day, and it showed up a month later. WTAF
