I ordered a custom ornament from Macustom for a friend as a Christmas gift. The product took an extremely long time to be shipped and did not arrive before Christmas. The quality of the product was hideous. The colors were faded, not the vivid colors depicted on the online site. The “custom” decal was just slapped on and was uneven. The total cost for this awful experience was $39.00. For that price, I got nothing. Buyer beware!!

The item looks great but the adhesive is poorly placed and I had to purchase Gorilla Glue to hold the two pieces together. Shoddy workmanship for the money paid!

It did not live up to the quality I expected or the quality that I purchased. I immediately requested a refund and still not have heard back from you about that. one star is given too much at this point. The quality and craftsmanship that I received is more like a beginner seamstress craft person put it together very disappointed.

The photos were VERY misleading!!! I paid $36.00 for a piece of acrylic that took 5 weeks to get! The advert on Instagram was in 3D, looked very big and detailed. A flat piece of acrylic with a photo inside. Complete rip-off!!!

I wrote your company an email the day I got the pillow and how disappointed I was! It looks nothing like you guys advertise and it’s way over priced for the crap I got! I don’t even want to give it to the girl I got it for that’s how embarrassed I am of it! Spent 50$ on a gift plus shipping and now have to go buy something else! Wrote an email on 12/26/25 and 01/04/26!
