Mac DuggalReviews of macduggal.com

The support was incredible and I received the dress in récord time! Thank you very much!

Shopping online with MacDuggal was a great experience. The dresses were of high quality and stunning. I needed a different size, however. Their return/exchange policy is excellent. Their customer support is equally helpful. Fast shipping with tracking!

Great customer service. Very prompt and helpful response. I’m very happy with this company and their service.

Nanette at Mac Duggal provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional and efficient throughout our entire interaction, responding immediately whenever I reached out. Beyond her quick response time, Nanette was genuinely pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It’s rare to find this level of attentive, dedicated customer service, and I’m grateful for her help. I’d highly recommend Nanette to anyone needing assistance with Mac Duggal. She is a credit to this company.

Recently discovered that MacDuggal has been giving over a dozen sites, my personal information. I have called them numerous times regarding other issues that were handled poorly by someone in Customer Service . I’ve emailed them numerous times to resolve the current issue. I keep getting automated responses saying that a human representative will contact me. To date, no one has contacted me. This issue is serious and dangerous. MacDuggal is literally spoon feeding and compromising so much data about their customers. Protecting customers privacy is a security issue. It’s a matter that needs addressing immediately. SEB
