My first Mac Duggal, topnotch online shopping experience, the dress is gorgeous exactly as it appears online, beautifully made. Fast (international) delivery. Will definitely order again. HOWEVER, one item for Mac Duggal team to seriously note -- better packaging is a MUST, you need to fill the spacing in the box, my dress arrived 'thrown' because there was nothing to contain it in place (which give a sense of cheapness to the customer experience). Or send it in a smaller box. Thus 4* and not 5*. Did I mention the dress is gorgeous, and the sizing perfect (!) per their size chart.

Answered a question with regard to my return quickly and efficiently

I do 90% of my clothes shopping online. MACDUGGAL provided me with some of the best customer service I've received. I bought multiple dresses, and each and every one of them was very well-made, unique and gloriously beautiful! Unfortunately, our special events were canceled, so I needed to return all of them. The response from MACDUGGAL was incredibly fast and positive. They asked zero questions when they emailed the shipping labels/packing slips to me. I won't hesitate to order from them for my next event. I highly recommend MACDUGGAL dresses for any special occasion, or buy one if you simply want to feel like a Queen!

Compré un vestido en mi talla y desafortunadamente no me quedó bien. Entiendo que las devoluciones existen precisamente porque comprar ropa en línea puede ser complicado con el tema de las tallas, pero me parece excesivo que además del costo de devolución también se cobre el envío de regreso. Al final, entre ambos cargos, devolver un artículo termina siendo muy caro para el cliente. En estos tiempos, donde muchas personas compramos online, esperaba una política de devoluciones más accesible y amigable. Muy decepcionada con esta experiencia.
