The staff at the Robinson location are amazing.

They sell damaged goods as 'open box' and will not return/refund, even if you inspect the item before leaving the facility. They intentionally hide damaged items with deceptive pictures, avoiding any shot that would reveal the defects. Very disingenuous. Rude staff.

The Mac bids in Robinson employees are so helpful especially Mike. He will help you load your car and he always has a small on his face. Great job Mike.

MAC.BID is frauding the public who are trying to diligently save a little money in the horrible inflated economy we’re in…! Shame on them…flat out lying to people and making money on their trust…! I don’t bid on anything that is not listed “like new”, and still get burnt. Recently purchased 2 Hydrotech expandable hoses, different sizes, and there was 20 or 30 pictured for sale, all “like new” condition. They were both unuseable broken in the same way. Currently there are about 30 in the Spartanburg center…no doubt they are in the same condition! It’s like they came off the assembly line broken and got rid of them to MAC.BID so they could scam people. Pretty bad when you buy something “like new” and give it as a gift! Definitely deleting their site…just buying from Amazon from now on…!!

Everything they sell is junk! Avoid this company before you waste your money.

Most of the stuff you get there is junk, doesn’t match the picture of what you bid on, is broken/missing pieces or smells musty. Contacting customer support gets you nowhere, so after a number of bad experiences I’ve deleted the app.

The gentlemen in the back wharehouse went above and beyond to help me load my car. The Washington and Robinson locations have amazing staff and I always get amazing products and amazing service. Thank you,

Just picked up a vacuum cleaner I won on an open box bid. This was nothing more than pure garbage. It was very old and dirty. My understanding of this place was working returns under warranty or missing parts. This should have been thrown in the garbage.
