I purchased a deep fryer on mac bid only to open it up who ever returned it didn't put power cord back in there it was so nasty with grease like they had it a lifetime and decided they wanna refund bought coreless vacuum full of cat hair cedar mop bucket no handle vacuum missing pieces they not bid little for this stuff bid on a shower curtain paid 5.00 extra dollars for them to hold only for someone to take it been calling customer service for a week left message no answer or return phone call Im done with them

I was bidding on an item a few days ago through their app and it looked like I should've won but then in the watchlist under "won/lost" it showed "0" for both items and gave me no notification that I won the bid under (awaiting pickup) or any of the categories that would actually make sense. I just so happened to check my email today and was notified that I won and there is now a late fee because I haven't paid yet. When I called customer service, the woman informed me "sorry you don't understand our policies"...bro i'm not a boomer, I know how to use tech and I had to jump through hoops in your app in order to find where it said that I won the bid. It was under purchase history btw... FOR AN ITEM THAT I HAVEN'T HAD A HISTORY OF PURCHASING. lmao. this pmo. This can all be VERY easily rectified. Take notes. Issue a refund for YOUR confusing policies and improve your customer service/ app accordingly. It's a great concept but this company will never take off treating people like this.

Con Artist, they show you pics of the items in perfect condition and when you open the box it's dinged, dented or damaged, Ripoff

Bought 6’ long LED lights. When we got there to pick them up the box was bent in the middle, obvious that the lights were broken. $60 for garbage. They had to know they were broken.

They sell absolute junk and don't disclose what is wrong with an item before selling it. Just bought 8 items and 7 of the 8 were unusable. Trash. The items and the company.

I bought a Tikom robotic mop and vacuum from MAC.BID and I read the description and thought it would save me some money being a single parent and it said like new condition and was happy to win the bid. I got it home driving 45 min away and when I unboxed it. The machine was disgusting it was packed full of dirt and grim from the previous person and it was disgusting I gagged the entire time trying to clean it and about just threw it away. It does work but I never thought I would buy something and it be that gross. Whoever had it before should be ashamed that their home was that nasty and that they actually returned the product in that fashion. Shame on the both. I’ve never seen such a disaster in my life. Please do better.

Everything I buy from Mac is a regret. Everything is broken. I bought a heater. It just keeps saying er . I bought a heated mattress pad and of course it doesn’t work either the amount of money that I save. I actually lose because I keep getting ripped off with broken items. I bought some face cream. It was literally empty. I bought some SPF. It was empty. Biggest mistake shopping there.

The items don’t match what they advertise. I bought a gazebo it was only one box out 5 . Waited two hours for my item, then had to come the next day to return waited another two hourrs. Place is a scam and a joke
