I bought a As Is Portable Ice Maker. On the picture it looked like it was never removed from the box, still had the wrapping paper, just dented. Upon opening it was dented, and that is what I expected. But, not only dented but full of black mold inside and out. It was not suitable for human use, without getting sick. Make sure you stop by and inspect the hat you are buying.

Most of the stuff I bought there was either broken or incomplete. In my opinion it was a complete waste of money.

9/10 times the item is missing pieces or damaged and not working . They don’t let you return because everything is As is everyone has an attitude . A few good people though.I went to mesa location and women in the front was just eating Cheetos and licking her fingers and had a nasty attitude.

WHAT A SCAM. Nothing works or has all the parts. Coffee maker that leaks. Bought a chair that had more missing pieces than that were in the box. Bed frame with no hardware. We haven’t opened shower doors or the popcorn machine we bought. I don’t have much confidence they will work out. STAY AWAY!!!!

My last 3 pickups at Mac Bid in Anderson, SC…I have been pleasantly impressed by a new associate named Cam. Each of these visits, Cam has approached me to ASK if I need help!!! Once I was on an aisle with heavy items, once was finding a missing item - which he found. And today, at 5:59 pm (he’s off in 1 minute), Cam volunteered to load my truck!!! On top of that, he offered to push the dolly for me!!! Listen, if y’all can clone Cam, I highly recommend it!!! He’s exactly what you need to promote GREAT customer service!!! 💯

The Greenville location for Mac Bib has improved 100%. There are several Employees that are great at what they do and are great in their customer service skills. On Employee that comes to my mind first is Melissa I’m pretty sure she is in management but not for sure, she is great with her customers and she takes care of the frontline great. She always makes me smile with her attitude and customer skills. Thank you Melissa for making Mac Bid in Greenville so great. Tim W

you will never get in contact with a human. the customer service voice is AI & even uses fake typing. you'll never hear back. just dispute it with your bank & post online that it's a scam. they steal your card information & you cant remove it either

My first purchase was cat tree and it was missing 3-5 pieces on the tree. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Also I feel like there is some type of scam with the bidding, for example I was being outbid constantly and the moment I backed out and let someone else pay more for it, the item wouldn’t sale and it would be back at 0. I feel like they will keep bidding on the item until the person makes there money back. I started this cat tree bid at 4-8$ dollars and near the end someone kept bidding me and I ended up going from $8 to 27$ and when I saw the original price I was paying half. Once bid was won, I went to pick it up and it was missing screws (4-6 screws) I literally feel like this place is super sketchy and wouldn’t recommend even doing a protection plan cause even if you do return it you still need to drive back to the warehouse. Completely wouldn’t recommend this app.
