Hello Ashley, we couldn't find any mail/message in any of our channels (mailbox, Whatsapp and SMS). We have warehouses also in Europe and USA, but for custom clearance reason, we ship from China all orderd coming from Canada: be sure you won't be charged any tax. Upon checking your contact informations, I see there is a typo on your email address ( you insert a "m" instead of a "n" before the @) thats' why you didn't receive order confirmation and tracking informations. I already sent you a copy of both emails to the correct address :-)
