This device has been very helpful, it leaves my skin feeling very soft and clean. It definitely gets a lot of gunk out!

This product is awesome. It does just what they say it does. It really cleans out those pores. Easy to use and I love that it has several attachments. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I had high hopes for this machine . I’m someone who has always struggled with breakouts here and there on my face . Unfortunately after using this machine it created such painful and inflamed breakouts even when cleansing my face twice before and after . I throughly cleaned the machine but my guess is it spread bacteria around my face there for causing painful breakouts the next day . Even after 7 days of use my breakouts are still present but have calmed down a little but still noticeable .

After speaking with my dermatologist, she has advised me not to use this devise as I have rosacea. I have emailed them to cancel my purchase within 15-20 minutes and nobody is responding. I don’t want to have to wait until it arrives and then pay shipping as I know I can’t use it. I am worried that nobody will respond and I will lose £99. Also I completely agree that it started to feel like a scam once you place the order and it says that you must watch this ‘short video’ before your order is complete and it says that if you try to click out, you may be charged double!!! The video was extremely long, nothing short about it. I immediately spoke to my dermatologist and she told me to ask them to cancel my order as my skin will not benefit from this devise. Please can someone get back to me ASAP??

I was doubting about buying this and due to the reviews here I went for it and bought it last night. As soon as I pay I had an alert saying “don’t leave the page or go back as you can be charged twice” Since that moment I wanted to cancel the order as no feeling comfortable about it and scared to leave the page so I let run a video about creams and the only way out after all that it was to click “down” , I did and a message about congratulations that you bought the creams appeared so I panicked. I reach the support email by 3 ways… and no answer! I didn’t read any of the reviews about this but to worried to be an scam… I don’t even want to try the product I just want my order to be cancelled so no waste for them and for me but seems imposible! Like I said, I don’t want to even try the product just for the fact that as soon as I pay something felt completely uncomfortable and wrong. I contacted 3 times to the emails provided (again when they replied to the review) and no answer from them, but the keep sending me emails about their products… Updating: email with shipping number but never heard from them from the emails provided here (I already emailed to them as well before this review) so definitely a very very bad costumer services as they are impossible to reach and really upsetting that I can’t cancel a product I don’t want.

Not happy with the advertising. Very misleading. Also there is no page at the end that gives you the total for what you’re paying for and I thought I was going to be spending $100 on what I had ordered and when I check my bank statement it had said $293. Whether this product works or not their marketing was not very honest which is why I do not recommend this unless your willing to just give them your money and price does not matter to you.

Marketing/Buying experience seems very deceptive and unethical. After submitting your payment information and selecting purchase you're prompted with a "Your order is not complete! You must watch the video for your order to be completed" video. During this video, they use high pressure sales phrases like "your order will be packed in 15 minutes so you must decide now!" This video takes about 15 minutes to complete. Meanwhile, I'd already received notification that my order was completed. They say you will receive a shipping/tracking notification within 72 hours (wait, I thought my order was being packed in 15 minutes?). You do receive a tracking number, but they don't actually ship your item. It's just a notification they have printed a shipping label. Several days have gone by and my order has not shipped. I was very put off by all the high pressure, half truth marketing tactics used by this company. Be up front about your process. Just say "this offer is only good at checkout" - "Your order will ship within X amount of days" Or "We have no idea when your order will ship because we may or may not have product in stock or when we'll have time to drop it off or have it picked up"
